In case you need to contact us about your return, please mention your order number and tracking link of the return parcel so we can look up the status and easily offer support.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item
Even though we expect our products to be perfect, it can happen that an item has a production defect. If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered or has a defect, please contact our support team to find a suitable solution.

Returning an unwanted item
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original packaging and perfect condition, we accept returns within 30 days from the day you received your order.
If you return an item within 30 days of receiving it, we'll process a refund for the product value via the original payment method. If you return your complete order, the original shipping cost will also be refunded.
Refund
We aim to refund you within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. If you request a refund for an item during the above time frame but you can't return it for some reason, please get in touch. Any refund will be at our discretion.
Returns after 30 days
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after 30 days. If a return is sent after this period, we may return it to your delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Warranty-related returns after 30 days are only accepted if warranty applies.
Keep it clean
Some items can't be returned, such as earrings or items where a hygiene seal has been removed (for example socks and underwear). Please check product descriptions before ordering.
Perfect condition
You may try an item on like you would in a shop, but please do not wear it. Items returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition cannot be refunded and may be sent back at your expense.
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags.
Responsibility
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your return is packed securely.
We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. If we are able to locate them and you request a return, shipping costs may apply.
Fair use
If we detect unusual return behaviour, such as excessive returns or worn items being returned, we reserve the right to deactivate accounts involved. If you believe this has happened in error, please contact Customer Care.
Products offered on our website are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Want to exchange an item
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item within 30 days and place a new order for the desired product or size. Follow the instructions on the returns page .
What if it takes longer than 14 days to process my return
Occasionally delivery partners experience delays when returning parcels to our warehouse. In this case we advise contacting the carrier directly for updates. As the sender of the return parcel, we are unable to access detailed delivery information.
Event and Click & Collect purchase
Event purchase
When purchasing merchandise at an event, the following rules apply:
- Returns are only possible on the same day, within one hour after purchase.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- A receipt or valid bank statement is required.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days.
Click & Collect
When Click & Collect is available, merchandise can be ordered online and collected at the event. The following rules apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days after pickup. Use the return portal to create your return request (EU-only).
- Non-EU customers: please use the return form here .
- Returned items are processed within 14 days after receipt.
